Once your order has shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make changes to it. But if your order is still processing, usually we are able change or cancel it before it ships. To change or cancel your order please submit a request via the link below which will be routed directly to both our warehouse and our customer service department. PLEASE NOTE: If you are attempting to change an address on an order that has already been shipped, in the event that we are able to change it, fees will incur. The carriers, LTL carriers in particular, can sometimes change an address, but they do charge a pretty hefty fee to do so.
