We offer FREE Standard Shipping via FedEx & UPS on all golf cart parts and accessories to customers located anywhere within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada there is a shipping charge. We generally ship all orders within 24 hours or 1 business day, and deliver all orders between 1-4 business days, usually between 2-3 business days (excludes Canada). We have a warehouse located in Houston, Texas and depending on the order we often ship out of Florida and Maryland in order to quickly process and ship your order. Returns here at the Golf Cart Garage are fast and hassle-free. You can return any of our products within 45 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement.  Please note that though we do offer free shipping on purchases, because many of our products are very heavy and expensive to ship to our customers, we ask that you pay for the return shipping costs if you'd like to return a non-defective product. Please also note that you will NEVER EVER EVER have to pay for any shipping/return costs if we make a mistake or you receive a defective product. We will pay to ship you a replacement free of charge and pay to ship the incorrect/defective product back to us. You will need to provide photos and go through our troubleshooting. This ensures that we take care of you if you have any problems. 

Also, returning a product is super easy -- just head on over to our Product Returns page to obtain a Return Authorization number and return shipping information.  Please note that in order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned in new condition, they must contain all of the original parts and accessories and they must be returned in the original packaging.  Once we receive your return, we promise to promptly credit your account.
