Duplicate Credit Card Charges

If you’ve taken a look at your credit card statement after your purchase and it looks like you’ve been charged multiple times for your order, we assure you that it's only temporary and you will not be billed twice for the same order.  This sometimes happens and it’s because of the banks’ and credit card companies’ systems, and unfortunately we no control over it.  But fortunately these duplicate charges generally disappear in about 3-4 business days and you should be left with a single charge for your original order amount. 

If for some reason it’s been more than 4 business days since your transaction and you are still seeing duplicate charges on your account, please contact our billing department via the link below and we will follow up directly with the credit card company to clear up any issues and ensure that you are only charged once.
