Warranty Term
90 days from date of delivery. Coverage begins the day your cart is delivered. Non-transferable - original purchaser only.

Covered Failures
Mechanical and electrical component failures under normal use, reported within the warranty period. Excludes misuse, neglect, modification, accident, or improper operation.

Reimbursement
Approved repairs by a qualified local technician. Submit a detailed invoice. Total reimbursement shall not exceed $800 during the 90-day term.

Contact Golf Cart Garage First
Before any repairs, call 1-800-401-2934 or email support@golfcartgarage.com. Do not proceed without prior written approval - unauthorized repairs may void coverage.

Get Written Approval
Written approval is required before work begins. Our team confirms coverage and, when available, supplies replacement parts directly from Golf Cart Garage.

Complete the Repair
Once approved, a qualified local technician may complete the repair using Golf Cart Garage-sourced parts whenever available.

Submit Your Invoice
Submit a detailed repair invoice for reimbursement. Total reimbursement will not exceed $800 for the 90-day warranty period.
FREIGHT DAMAGE - ACT WITHIN 24 HOURS
Inspect your cart immediately upon delivery. Freight damage must be reported within 24 hours, noted on the Bill of Lading, and documented with photos. Failure to report within 24 hours may void freight-related claims. Call 1-800-401-2934 immediately if you notice damage.

Brake wear
Cosmetic damage
Routine maintenance
Batteries (unless stated in writing)
Misuse or improper operation
Accidents
Transportation costs
Loss of use
Normal wear-and-tear
Unauthorized modifications
Neglect
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Golf Cart Garage. Golf Cart Garage disclaims all other express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to repair or reimbursement and shall not exceed $800 total. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
