Do you offer nationwide shipping?
We ship most golf carts, parts, and batteries across all 50 states!
Do you have a showroom?
Yes! The Golf Cart Garage showroom and headquarters are at 2217 E Main St, Mesa AZ 85213.
Customers are welcome to visit and check out our golf cart inventory and accessories. Some of our utility and other carts are kept at our off-site storage. We can arrange a time to meet to see these carts. We also offer virtual appointments, please email sales@golfcartgarage.com or call (480)-336-3505.

How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times vary by products and location. Golf carts typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment via LTL delivery within the contiguous US. If you need your cart faster, please let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping fees for golf carts may vary depending on your location. You can enter your ship state and zip code on the shopping cart view to get an estimate.
How are golf carts shipped and delivered?
Golf carts are carefully shipped using LTL freight to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer express delivery for golf carts, however, if you need your cart faster, please let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. Contact us if you would like to discuss international shipping.

- For in-person purchases: We accept cash and checks.

We currently offer financing for in-person purchases through Octane Finance.

We charge 8.3% sales tax for orders shipping to Arizona.

Do golf carts come with a warranty?
Brand new golf carts come with manufacturer warranties.
Used Golf Carts come with a 90-Day Warranty. Specific details vary by brand and model. Please reach out to us directly for inquiries at support@golfcartgarage.com.
What is your return/refund policy?
We do not accept returns for golf carts. For non-golf cart items, please refer to this page.
What happens if my cart arrives damaged?
If your golf cart arrives damaged, please provide photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at support@golfcartgarage.com for assistance.
