45-Day Zero-Hassle Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 45 days from the date of purchase. The only items we don’t accept for returns are On-Board Computers, made-to-order items, and orders placed outside of the continental US.

To be eligible for a return, we will require that item is in new condition - meaning it is unused or has not been installed, that the item is returned along with all its components, and that it is in its original packaging.

All returns will also require an RMA number to ensure that the replacement/return process is seamless and goes as quickly as possible. You can request an RMA through our Returns Page.

For incorrect items received, or items that are different from what you ordered, we will require a photo of the packing slip and the item you’ve received in order to process a replacement or refund.

For damaged or defective items, we will require photos or videos for documentation within 48 hours of delivery. For defective products, we may also ask customers to perform basic troubleshooting steps provided by the manufacturer if they require it. Please be advised that damage due to improper handling, installation, or abuse is not covered.

If a return is required for items with the issues mentioned above, a prepaid return label will be provided by Golf Cart Garage. You will never have to pay return shipping costs for any error caused by us. Replacements will also be sent to you, free of charge.

All regular item returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and all battery returns will incur a 30% restocking fee. Because the cost to ship these items is quite expensive, we do ask that customers pay to ship the items back to us. Regular returns could include:

  • Undamaged/non-defective items/non-warranty related returns
  • Items that are no longer needed/wanted
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • Incompatible items not recommended by Golf Cart Garage

Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded for regular returns.

We require customers to send us the tracking numbers for all returns. To ensure your return’s safe and timely delivery, we highly recommend using only FedEx or UPS. We cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of returns sent back to us via USPS.

Any order that has been refused upon delivery and/or is returned to us without an RMA number will incur a 25% restocking fee and may take longer to be credited. This will cover labor costs to ship the order, as well as the shipping fees. 

It usually takes between 10-15 business days for regular returns to be tested, reviewed, and credited. Items returned for warranty consideration may take up to 30 days.
